Sheryl Mejia is a Partner at Decagon Advisors based in New York, and leads the firm's private equity and hedge fund due diligence, operational due diligence and risk management services. Throughout her career, Ms. Mejia has worked with corporations, family offices, funds of funds, and endowments in the selection of alternative asset managers.
Prior to Decagon, Ms. Mejia held roles at KCS Fund Strategies (Fund of Hedge Funds, Due Diligence), Deutsche Bank (Private Wealth Management), Bankers Trust (Asset Management) and KPMG (Financial Services, Audit and Tax. She has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce, Honors, from Queen's University in Canada. She is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant.
